Welcome to pixelmine.com and its associated landing pages (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pixel Mine ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pixel Mine operates landing pages that present potential game concepts for the purpose of gauging public interest ("demand validation"). These pages may invite you to sign up to express interest in a concept. Signing up does not constitute a purchase, pre-order, or guarantee that any game or product will be developed or released.

Expressing interest through a signup form creates no contractual obligation on our part to deliver any product or service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixel Mine regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
