User Data Deletion Policy

Pixel Mine ("we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This document describes how you can request deletion of any personal information we hold about you.

1. What Data We Store

When you sign up through one of our landing pages, we store the following in our database:

Field: Description

Email Address: The email you provided in the signup form.

Name: Your name, if you provided it.

We do not store passwords, payment information, or government-issued identification.

2. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your data by any of the following methods:

Option A: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@pixelmine.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address you used when signing up.

• (Optional) The approximate date or landing page where you signed up, to help us locate your record.

Option B: DISCORD

You can open a ticket on our discord to have us remove your data.

3. Verification

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing a deletion request. Verification methods may include:

• Confirming the request was sent from the same email address on file.

• Asking you to confirm details associated with your signup (e.g., the landing page or approximate signup date).

We will never ask for government-issued ID, payment information, or social security numbers as part of verification.

4. What Happens When You Request Deletion

Upon receiving a verified deletion request:

1. Acknowledgment — We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.

2. Processing — Your personal data (email, name, and associated signup record) will be permanently deleted from our database within 14 business days of verification.

3. Confirmation — We will send a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Scope of Deletion

• All signup records matching your email address across all landing pages will be deleted.

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics data (e.g., total signup counts per page) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

• If your data was previously included in an exported report, we cannot retroactively modify previously generated exports, but your data will not appear in any future exports.

5. Third-Party Platforms

If you interacted with our ads on third-party platforms (such as Reddit or Meta) before arriving at our landing page, those platforms may hold their own records of your interaction. We do not control data held by third parties. To delete data held by those platforms, please contact them directly:

6. Retention After Deletion Request

Once your deletion request is processed:

• Your personal data is permanently removed from our active database.

• Encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 30 additional days as part of standard infrastructure backup cycles, after which it is purged.

• We do not retain deleted data for re-marketing or any other purpose.

7. Automated Retention Limits

Even without a deletion request, we automatically purge signup records that are older than 24 months from the date of collection, unless you have an ongoing relationship with us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights beyond deletion, including the right to access, correct, restrict processing, or port your data. For information on all available rights, see our Privacy Policy.
